I had a pleasant stay overall at this hotel. The location is superb, right in the heart of the city and close to the Charleroi-Sud railway station. The room was spacious and had a big bed, but it could definitely use a little more cleaning. The staff were friendly, which made my experience more enjoyable. On the downside, the lack of modern amenities and the dining options left something to be desired.
